Usage recommendations
Beynur frozen meat döner can be prepared easily by heating it in a pan, oven or microwave. Heat the frozen kebab in the microwave at 400 watts for 4 minutes; if thawed, heat it for 1 minute. You can serve our product with lavash, pide or rice and also use it conveniently in sandwiches, dürüm wraps or plated dishes. Together with tomatoes, onions, pickles and yoghurt-based sauces, you can prepare richer and more appetising meals.
Storage instructions
- Store the product without thawing for 2 days in the refrigerator, 1 week in a one-star freezer compartment, 2 weeks in a two-star freezer compartment, and in a three-star freezer compartment at -18 °C until the best-before date.
- Close the packaging carefully after opening.
- Do not frost again after it is defrosted once.
- Store the product under the recommended storage conditions.
- Keep frozen until use.
